Quick answer
The best Meta ads video size in 2026 is 9:16 at 1440×2560 pixels (minimum 1080×1920) for Reels and Stories, plus a 4:5 version at 1440×1800 for Facebook and Instagram Feed. Export MP4 or MOV (H.264, AAC audio, up to 30 fps), keep the file under 4 GB, and keep a 15-second cut so the same ad qualifies for nearly every placement.
If you searched meta ads video size because Ads Manager cropped your video, added black bars, or hid your call-to-action behind the “Learn more” button, you are not alone. Meta now serves the same ad across more than 20 placements, and each one shows a different slice of your frame. The fix is not one magic size — it is two master files and one safe zone. This guide shows you exactly which sizes to export, why, and how to check a video before you spend a rupee on it.

Meta Ads Video Size Cheat Sheet (2026)
Here is every Meta video placement on one table. “Recommended” is what we export at Digital Masters 360; “minimum” is what Meta will accept without warnings. All placements accept MP4, MOV or GIF up to 4 GB.
| Placement | Best aspect ratio | Recommended size (px) | Minimum size (px) | Length allowed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Facebook Feed | 4:5 (or 1:1) | 1440 × 1800 | 1080 × 1350 | 1 sec – 241 min |
| Instagram Feed | 4:5 (or 1:1) | 1440 × 1800 | 1080 × 1350 | 1 sec – 60 min |
| Instagram Reels | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | Up to 15 min |
| Facebook Reels | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | No fixed maximum |
| Ads on Facebook Reels (overlay) | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | 4 – 15 sec |
| Instagram Stories | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | 1 sec – 60 min |
| Facebook Stories | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | 1 sec – 2 min |
| Messenger Stories | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | 1 sec – 2 min |
| Facebook In-stream video | 16:9 or 1:1 | 1920 × 1080 | 1280 × 720 | 5 – 15 sec |
| Facebook Marketplace / Search / Right column | 1:1 (or 4:5) | 1440 × 1440 | 1080 × 1080 | 1 sec – 241 min |
| Instagram Explore & Profile feed | 4:5 (or 1:1) | 1440 × 1800 | 1080 × 1350 | 1 sec – 60 min |
| Audience Network (native, banner, interstitial) | 9:16 or 1:1 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | 1 sec – 2 min |
| Audience Network rewarded video | 9:16 or 16:9 | 1440 × 2560 | 1080 × 1920 | 3 – 61 sec |
Rule of thumb: 9:16 covers Reels + Stories, 4:5 covers every feed, and a 15-second edit satisfies the strictest length rules (Reels overlay and In-stream). Upload both ratios in one ad using placement asset customisation and you will fill 90%+ of Meta's inventory without cropping.
Which Meta Ads Video Size Should You Use?
Most Indian advertisers we audit upload one horizontal 16:9 video (often a YouTube cut or a TV commercial) and let Meta crop it. That single decision wastes up to 68% of the mobile screen. Since almost all Facebook and Instagram viewing in India happens on a phone, your video should be built vertical-first. We use the “two masters” system below.
Master 1 — Vertical 9:16 (1440 × 2560 px)
This is the most important file. It fills the full phone screen on Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories and Messenger Stories. Shoot or edit at 1080 × 1920 if your phone or app cannot do 1440 — Meta accepts it and Indian 4G playback will look identical. Keep text and logos inside the safe zone (covered below), because the top 14% and bottom 35% are covered by the profile name, caption and CTA button.
Master 2 — Feed 4:5 (1440 × 1800 px)
4:5 is the tallest shape Meta shows in Facebook Feed and Instagram Feed. It takes about 25% more screen than a square video, which means more thumb-stopping space in a scrolling feed. If you upload only a 9:16 file, Meta will mask it to 4:5 in Feed and may cut off headlines placed near the top or bottom — another reason to keep a dedicated feed version.
Optional — Square 1:1 (1440 × 1440 px)
Use 1:1 when you also run Marketplace, right column (desktop), Search results or carousel cards. It is also the safest shape if you are repurposing an old square Instagram post as an ad. For most new campaigns, 4:5 replaces 1:1.
When 16:9 Horizontal (1920 × 1080 px) Still Makes Sense
Only for Facebook In-stream video (ads that play inside other videos) and occasionally desktop placements. Horizontal video in a vertical feed shrinks to a thin strip, so never make it your only file. If your client in Mumbai or Bengaluru hands you a TV commercial, re-edit it to 9:16 and 4:5 rather than uploading it as is.
| Aspect ratio | Screen share on a phone* | Best for | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9:16 | ≈100% | Reels, Stories | Must-have |
| 4:5 | ≈71% | Facebook & Instagram Feed | Must-have |
| 1:1 | ≈56% | Marketplace, carousel, right column | Nice-to-have |
| 16:9 | ≈32% | In-stream video | Only if running In-stream |
Meta Ads Video Size by Placement (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network)
Advantage+ placements (Meta’s automatic placements) spread your budget wherever results are cheapest. That only works if your creative fits each slot. Below is what every placement shows and the size that fits it.
Facebook Video Ad Sizes
Facebook Feed video size
- Ratio: 4:5 recommended; 1:1 also fits; 16:9 to 9:16 accepted (vertical is masked to 4:5)
- Size: 1440 × 1800 px (min 1080 × 1350)
- Length: 1 second to 241 minutes — but 15 seconds or less performs best in feed
- Text: primary text up to 125 characters before “See more”, headline about 40 characters
Pro tip for Facebook Feed
Facebook Feed autoplays on mute for most users. Add burned-in captions and put the product or offer on screen within the first 3 seconds.
Facebook Reels video size
- Ratio: 9:16
- Size: 1440 × 2560 px (min 1080 × 1920)
- Length: no fixed maximum for Reels placements; 15–30 seconds recommended
- Safe zone: keep the bottom 35% free of text — the caption, CTA and reactions sit there
Ads on Facebook Reels (overlay ads)
These are short ads that appear inside a creator’s Reel as a banner or sticker. Video length must be 4 to 15 seconds. A 15-second 9:16 cut is the simplest way to stay eligible.
Facebook Stories & Messenger Stories video size
- Ratio: 9:16 · Size: 1440 × 2560 px
- Length: 1 second to 2 minutes; Meta splits longer stories into 15-second cards, so design in 15-second “chapters”
Facebook In-stream video size
- Ratio: 16:9 or 1:1 · Size: 1920 × 1080 px (min 1280 × 720)
- Length: 5 to 15 seconds to qualify for in-stream slots
- Ads play with sound in the middle of longer videos, so voice-over works well here.
Facebook Marketplace, Search results & Right column
Use 1:1 at 1440 × 1440 px (4:5 also works on mobile Marketplace). The right column is desktop-only and very small — skip text overlays there.
Instagram Video Ad Sizes
Instagram Feed video size
- Ratio: 4:5 (best) or 1:1 · Size: 1440 × 1800 px
- Length: 1 second to 60 minutes
- Since 2025 the Instagram profile grid previews posts at 3:4, so a 4:5 video still crops slightly on the grid — keep faces and text centred.
Instagram Reels ad size
- Ratio: 9:16 · Size: 1440 × 2560 px (min 1080 × 1920)
- Length: up to 15 minutes allowed; 9–30 seconds is the sweet spot for Indian audiences scrolling in vernacular and English
- Sound: Reels are watched with sound on more often than feed, so use voice-over or trending-style audio (licensed audio only in ads)
Instagram Reels ad safe zone
At 1080 × 1920: keep text 269 px from the top, 672 px from the bottom and 65 px from each side
The right-hand side also carries like, comment and share icons, so keep key text slightly left of centre.
Instagram Stories ad size
- Ratio: 9:16 · Size: 1440 × 2560 px
- Length: 1 second to 60 minutes; shown in 15-second segments
- Leave the bottom area clear for the “swipe up / tap” CTA sticker.
Instagram Explore & Profile feed
Same specs as Instagram Feed: 4:5 at 1440 × 1800 px. Explore Reels uses your 9:16 file.
Audience Network, Threads & Other Meta Placements
Audience Network video ad size
Audience Network shows your ad inside third-party apps (games, utilities). Use 9:16 for interstitial and rewarded video, 1:1 or 16:9 for native and banner. Rewarded video must run 3 to 61 seconds; native, banner and interstitial accept 1 second to 2 minutes.
Threads ads
Threads ads are managed inside Meta Ads Manager and reuse your Instagram creative. Your 4:5 and 1:1 feed files are the safest choice; check Ads Manager’s preview because Threads formats are still expanding.
Meta Ads Video Length: Minimum, Maximum and Best Length
“Meta ads video size” searches often really mean length. Meta’s limits vary hugely by placement, from 4 seconds to 241 minutes. Here is the full list, then what actually works.
| Placement | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|
| Facebook Feed, Groups, Marketplace, Search, Right column, Video feeds | 1 sec | 241 min |
| Instagram Feed, Profile feed, Explore, Stories | 1 sec | 60 min |
| Instagram Reels & Profile Reels | 0 sec | 15 min |
| Facebook Reels | No minimum | No fixed limit |
| Facebook Stories, Messenger Stories | 1 sec | 2 min |
| Audience Network native / banner / interstitial | 1 sec | 2 min |
| Audience Network rewarded video | 3 sec | 61 sec |
| Ads on Facebook Reels | 4 sec | 15 sec |
| Facebook In-stream video | 5 sec | 15 sec |
The best Meta video ad length (by goal)
| Campaign goal | Best length | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Awareness / reach | 6 – 15 sec | One message, logo in first 3 sec, cheap ThruPlays |
| Leads (Instant Form, WhatsApp) | 15 – 30 sec | Hook → problem → offer → CTA |
| Sales / catalogue | 9 – 20 sec | Show product fast; UGC and demos win |
| Engagement / Reels-native | 15 – 45 sec | Story-led, creator-style edits |
| Explainers, real estate walkthroughs, courses | 30 – 90 sec | Higher-ticket buyers watch longer; put the price/location early |
Our default: one 15-second cut of every concept. A 15-second video qualifies for every placement in the table above, including the two strictest (Reels overlay and In-stream).
Meta Video File Specs: Format, Codec, Frame Rate & File Size
| Setting | Meta requirement | DM360 recommended export |
|---|---|---|
| File type | MP4, MOV or GIF | MP4 |
| Video codec | H.264 recommended (square pixels, progressive scan) | H.264 High profile |
| Frame rate | Fixed frame rate, up to 30 fps | 30 fps (or 25 fps) |
| Audio | Stereo AAC, 128 kbps or more | AAC stereo 192 kbps, 48 kHz |
| Max file size | 4 GB | Under 100 MB for a 15–30 sec ad |
| Minimum width / height | 120 px (technical minimum) | 1080 px on the shortest side |
| Bitrate | Not fixed | 8 – 12 Mbps for 1080 × 1920; 12 – 16 Mbps for 1440 × 2560 |
| Captions | Optional .SRT upload | Burn in captions + upload .SRT |
How many MB is a Meta video ad? (file size calculator table)
File size = bitrate × duration ÷ 8. At our recommended 10 Mbps export, here is what to expect — handy when your team is uploading from a phone on mobile data:
| Length | At 10 Mbps (1080 × 1920) | At 15 Mbps (1440 × 2560) | Raw phone recording (~17 Mbps) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 sec | ≈ 8 MB | ≈ 11 MB | ≈ 13 MB |
| 15 sec | ≈ 19 MB | ≈ 28 MB | ≈ 32 MB |
| 30 sec | ≈ 38 MB | ≈ 56 MB | ≈ 64 MB |
| 60 sec | ≈ 75 MB | ≈ 113 MB | ≈ 128 MB |
| 2 min | ≈ 150 MB | ≈ 225 MB | ≈ 255 MB |
None of these come close to the 4 GB limit. If a file is bigger than about 200 MB for a 30-second ad, the export bitrate is unnecessarily high — re-export to save upload time without visible quality loss.
Meta Ads Safe Zones for Reels and Stories (9:16)
Meta now uses one shared safe zone for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories. Anything outside it can be hidden by the profile picture, caption, audio label, CTA button or engagement icons.
Meta 9:16 safe zone: keep text out of the top 14%, bottom 35% and 6% on each side.
Safe zone in pixels
| Canvas | Keep clear — top | Keep clear — bottom | Keep clear — each side | Usable text area |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1080 × 1920 | 269 px | 672 px | 65 px | 950 × 978 px |
| 1440 × 2560 | 358 px | 896 px | 86 px | 1268 × 1306 px |
What goes where in a 9:16 ad
- Top 14%: background only — no logo (your page name and “Sponsored” sit here).
- Centre safe zone: hook text, product, face, price, offer, logo.
- Bottom 35%: background or b-roll only — the caption, CTA button and audio label cover it.
- Right edge: like/comment/share icons on Reels — keep text slightly left.
For 4:5 feed videos there is no heavy overlay, but leave a 5% margin on every side so nothing is clipped on smaller Android screens.
Free Meta Ads Video Size Checker & Converter
Enter your video’s width, height, length and file size. The checker tells you the aspect ratio, which Meta placements it qualifies for, where your safe zone sits in pixels, and the exact crop or pad size to convert it to 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1.
How to Create and Export the Right Meta Ads Video Size (Step by Step)
Shoot vertical, frame wide
Record in 9:16 at 1080 × 1920 or 4K vertical on your phone. Keep the subject in the middle two-thirds so you can later crop a 4:5 version without losing faces or the product.
Build the 9:16 master first
Edit on a 1080 × 1920 (or 1440 × 2560) timeline. Put the hook, product and brand in the first 3 seconds.
Place text inside the safe zone
Keep captions, prices and logos away from the top 14%, bottom 35% and 6% side margins. Turn on a safe-zone overlay or guide if your editor has one.
Add captions and sound
Burn in captions for mute viewers (feed), and add voice-over or licensed music for Reels and Stories, where sound is often on.
Duplicate and reframe to 4:5
Duplicate the project, change the canvas to 1080 × 1350 (or 1440 × 1800) and reposition text. Don't just letterbox — reframe each shot.
Export with Meta-friendly settings
MP4, H.264, 30 fps, AAC 192 kbps, 8–16 Mbps. Also export a 15-second cut if the master is longer.
Upload both in one ad and preview
In Ads Manager choose Manual or Advantage+ placements, upload the 4:5 video for feeds and the 9:16 video for Stories and Reels (asset customisation), then check every placement in the preview before publishing.
Export Settings in Video Apps Popular in India
Most Indian small businesses, creators and D2C brands edit ads on a phone. Here is where to set the right size in each app (menus change with updates, so look for the “ratio/canvas” and “export/resolution” options):
InShot
Tap Canvas → choose 9:16 or 4:5 → when saving, pick 1080p, 30 fps. Use “Fit/Fill” carefully — Fill crops, Fit adds borders.
VN Video Editor
Set the project ratio to 9:16 when creating it; export at 1080p, 30 fps, and raise the bitrate setting to medium-high for text-heavy ads.
Canva
Start from the “Instagram Reel” (1080 × 1920) or a custom 1080 × 1350 design. Download as MP4 video. Canva’s “Resize” helps make the 4:5 version, but always fix text positions afterwards.
Instagram Edits app
Meta’s own editor exports vertical 9:16 video by default and is useful for creator-style Reels ads. Export in the highest quality option before uploading to Ads Manager.
Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe Express / DaVinci Resolve
Create sequences at 1080 × 1920 and 1080 × 1350 (or 1440 versions), export H.264 MP4, target 10–16 Mbps, AAC 48 kHz. Use “Auto Reframe” (Premiere) or manual reframing for the 4:5 cut.
A note on CapCut in India
CapCut has been blocked in India since 2020 — use the alternatives above or desktop editors your team can legally install
Many global “meta ads video size” guides recommend CapCut templates. Because the app is not available in India, we’ve listed tools Indian teams can actually use.
Meta Ads Image Size (2026) — For When You Run Images Alongside Video
Most campaigns mix video and static creatives, so here are the matching meta ads image sizes. Use the same ratios as video so one design system covers both.
| Placement | Ratio | Recommended image size | File |
|---|---|---|---|
| Facebook & Instagram Feed | 4:5 (or 1:1) | 1440 × 1800 px (1440 × 1440 for square) | JPG or PNG, up to 30 MB |
| Stories & Reels | 9:16 | 1440 × 2560 px | JPG or PNG |
| Carousel cards | 1:1 (or 4:5) | 1080 × 1080 px or larger | JPG/PNG; 2–10 cards |
| Right column (desktop) | 1:1 | 1080 × 1080 px | JPG or PNG |
| Marketplace / Search | 1:1 | 1440 × 1440 px | JPG or PNG |
Meta ad text limits
| Field | Recommended length |
|---|---|
| Primary text | Up to 125 characters before it's cut off |
| Headline | About 40 characters (shorter on mobile) |
| Description | About 30 characters (not shown on all placements) |
Meta no longer rejects ads with heavy text on images, but images with less text usually get cheaper reach. Keep on-image text to the offer and the brand.
Carousel, Collection and Other Video Formats
Carousel video cards
1:1 (1080 × 1080 px or more) or 4:5; up to 10 cards; each card can be video up to 240 minutes, but 6–15 seconds per card keeps swipes going. Use the same ratio on every card.
Collection & Instant Experience
The cover video in a collection ad is cropped to a wide shape in feed — keep the product centred. Instant Experience full-screen videos should be 9:16.
Partnership (creator) ads
Creators’ original Reels run as-is, so brief creators upfront: 9:16, 1080 × 1920 or higher, key text inside the safe zone, and a 15-second version.
India-Specific Meta Video Ad Tips (That Global Guides Miss)
Text in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and other Indian scripts needs more room
Devanagari, Telugu and Tamil scripts have taller ascenders and vowel marks than English. Increase line height by about 20% and keep a two-line maximum inside the safe zone, or the top and bottom marks get clipped by UI overlays. Fonts like Noto Sans render cleanly across Indian Android phones.
Design for budget Android phones and 4G
A large share of Indian viewers watch on mid-range Android phones. Meta compresses your upload anyway, so upload a clean 1080p or 1440p file and use bold, high-contrast text at least 48 px tall (on a 1080-wide canvas) so it stays readable after compression.
Click-to-WhatsApp video ads
For lead generation in India, WhatsApp is often the best CTA. Use the 9:16 file for Reels/Stories and 4:5 for Feed, end the video with a clear “Message us on WhatsApp” frame inside the safe zone, and keep it under 20 seconds.
Festive season and sale creatives
Diwali, Navratri, Sankranti, Onam, Eid, IPL and big e-commerce sale weeks push CPMs up. Prepare 9:16 + 4:5 versions in advance — rushed horizontal uploads are the most expensive mistake we see in October–November.
Compliance on screen: ASCI, RERA and regulated categories
Disclaimers must be legible and on screen long enough to read, as ASCI’s guidelines expect. Real estate ads should show the RERA registration number; healthcare, finance and education ads need claims you can prove. Place these supers inside the safe zone — a disclaimer hidden under the CTA button does not count.
Regional targeting means regional edits
If you target Tamil Nadu, Telangana or Maharashtra separately, change the on-screen language too, not just the caption. Keep the same 9:16 and 4:5 templates so swapping languages takes minutes.
Common Meta Video Upload Errors and How to Fix Them
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Black bars around the video | 16:9 or 1:1 video in a 9:16 placement | Upload a separate 9:16 version via placement customisation |
| Headline or logo cut off in Feed | 9:16 video masked to 4:5 | Use a 4:5 version or move text to the centre |
| CTA or price hidden on Reels | Text in bottom 35% | Move text into the safe zone |
| "Video too long" for In-stream / Reels overlay | Over 15 seconds | Export a 15-second cut |
| Video looks blurry after upload | Low bitrate or below 1080 px | Re-export at 1080 px+ and 8–16 Mbps |
| Upload stuck or failing | Unstable mobile data, unsupported codec (HEVC/MKV) | Upload on Wi-Fi from desktop; export H.264 MP4 |
| Audio out of sync | Variable frame rate from phone recording | Export at fixed 30 fps |
| Placement greyed out | Ratio or length not supported there | Check the cheat sheet table above |
Meta Ads Video Size Mistakes to Avoid
- Uploading only a horizontal 16:9 video.
- Letting Meta auto-crop instead of uploading 9:16 and 4:5 separately.
- Putting logos at the very top of a Reel (covered by the profile name).
- Exporting at 720p to “save data”.
- Running only 60-second videos — you lose In-stream and Reels overlay inventory.
- Using unlicensed trending music in ads.
- Forgetting captions for feed viewers on mute.
Meta Ads Video Size: Key Facts at a Glance
- Reels & Stories: 9:16, 1440 × 2560 px recommended, 1080 × 1920 px minimum.
- Facebook & Instagram Feed: 4:5, 1440 × 1800 px (1:1 at 1440 × 1440 also works).
- In-stream: 16:9 or 1:1, 1920 × 1080 px, 5–15 seconds.
- File: MP4 or MOV (GIF accepted), H.264, AAC stereo 128 kbps+, fixed frame rate up to 30 fps, maximum 4 GB.
- Length: 1 sec–241 min (Facebook Feed), 1 sec–60 min (Instagram Feed/Stories), up to 15 min (Instagram Reels), 4–15 sec (ads on Facebook Reels).
- Safe zone (9:16): leave 14% at top, 35% at bottom, 6% at sides free of text.
- Best practice: upload a 9:16 and a 4:5 version in one ad, with a 15-second cut.
Meta Ads Video Size FAQs
What is the best Meta ads video size?
9:16 at 1440 × 2560 px (minimum 1080 × 1920) for Reels and Stories, and 4:5 at 1440 × 1800 px for Facebook and Instagram Feed. Upload both in the same ad so each placement gets the right shape.
What size should a Facebook video ad be?
For Facebook Feed use 4:5 at 1440 × 1800 px (or 1:1 at 1440 × 1440). For Facebook Reels and Stories use 9:16 at 1440 × 2560 px. For In-stream video use 16:9 at 1920 × 1080 px.
What is the Instagram ad video size?
Instagram Feed: 4:5 at 1440 × 1800 px. Instagram Reels and Stories: 9:16 at 1440 × 2560 px (1080 × 1920 minimum).
Should I use 9:16 or 4:5 for Meta ads?
Use both. 9:16 fills the screen on Reels and Stories; 4:5 is the tallest shape allowed in feeds. A 9:16-only upload gets masked to 4:5 in Feed and may cut off text.
What is the Meta ads video size in pixels?
1440 × 2560 (9:16), 1440 × 1800 (4:5), 1440 × 1440 (1:1) and 1920 × 1080 (16:9). The practical minimum is 1080 px on the shortest side; Meta's technical minimum is 120 px.
What is the maximum video file size for Meta ads?
4 GB for every video placement. A well-exported 30-second ad is usually 40–60 MB, so you will rarely get close.
What is the maximum video length for Meta ads?
It depends on placement: 241 minutes in Facebook Feed, 60 minutes in Instagram Feed and Stories, 15 minutes in Instagram Reels, 2 minutes in Facebook Stories, and only 15 seconds for In-stream and ads on Facebook Reels.
What is the best length for a Meta video ad?
15 seconds is the safest default — it qualifies for every placement. Use 6–15 seconds for awareness, 15–30 seconds for leads and up to 90 seconds for high-ticket explainers.
What video format does Meta Ads support?
MP4, MOV and GIF. Export MP4 with H.264 video, AAC stereo audio and a fixed frame rate up to 30 fps for the most reliable uploads.
What frame rate should Meta video ads use?
A fixed frame rate up to 30 fps. 25 or 30 fps both work; variable-frame-rate phone recordings should be re-exported at a fixed rate.
What is the safe zone for Instagram Reels ads?
Keep text and logos out of the top 14%, the bottom 35% and 6% on each side. On a 1080 × 1920 video that is 269 px top, 672 px bottom and 65 px per side.
Can I use a 16:9 video for Meta ads?
Yes, but it only fills about a third of a phone screen in Reels and Stories. Use 16:9 for In-stream video and upload 9:16 and 4:5 versions for everything else.
Why does my Meta video ad look blurry?
Usually the export is below 1080 px or the bitrate is too low. Re-export at 1080 × 1920 or higher, H.264, 8–16 Mbps, and upload over Wi-Fi.
How do I convert a video to Meta ads size?
