What is an SEO copywriter? The short answer

An SEO copywriter is a writer who creates web pages, articles and product copy that rank in search engines and persuade readers to act. They research the words customers search for and the intent behind them, then write clear, well-structured copy — with optimised headings, title tags, meta descriptions, internal links and FAQs — that answers the query better than competing pages. Success is measured in rankings, organic traffic, AI-answer citations and conversions, not word count.

Key takeaways

  • Two jobs in one: part search specialist (keywords, intent, structure), part persuasive writer (benefits, proof, calls to action).
  • UK pay: median advertised salary about £26,000; freelance median day rate about £440 (most charge £300–£1,800).
  • UK cost per article: roughly £150–£600 from a freelancer and £250–£800 from an agency for 1,200–1,500 words (indicative).
  • AI hasn’t replaced the role — it has raised the bar for first-hand experience, original detail, accuracy and editing.
  • Hiring tip: judge results and process, not promises. Nobody can guarantee a number-one ranking.
  • Offshore option: Digital Masters 360 writes British-English SEO copy from £95 per article, on UK hours, with full copyright assignment.

What does an SEO copywriter do?

An SEO copywriter turns search demand into pages that win it. Where a general copywriter starts with a product, an SEO copywriter starts with the searcher: what they type, what they expect to see, and what would make them choose you over the nine other results — and over the AI Overview sitting above them.

Core responsibilities

  1. Keyword and intent research — finding the primary keyword, related questions and the format Google currently rewards (guide, list, service page, comparison).
  2. SERP and competitor review — reading the pages that already rank to find gaps in depth, accuracy, freshness or proof.
  3. Writing and rewriting — service pages, landing pages, blog articles, category and product descriptions, location pages and FAQs.
  4. On-page optimisation — title tags, meta descriptions, H1–H6 structure, image alt text, internal links and suggested schema.
  5. Conversion copy — benefit-led headlines, proof (reviews, results, credentials), objection handling and clear calls to action.
  6. Content refreshes — updating pages that are losing traffic, using Google Search Console data.
  7. Collaboration — briefing designers, interviewing subject experts and working with SEO specialists and developers.

What does an SEO copywriter write?

Common SEO copywriting deliverables and what each is judged on
Deliverable Typical length Main search intent Judged on
Service page 500–900 words Commercial / transactional Rankings + enquiries
Location page (e.g. “accountant in Leeds”) 400–800 words Local transactional Map/organic visibility + calls
Blog article / guide 1,200–3,000 words Informational Traffic, links, AI citations, assisted conversions
Product description 150–400 words Transactional Rankings + add-to-basket rate
Category page intro 150–300 words Commercial Category rankings
Comparison / “vs” page 1,000–2,000 words Commercial investigation Rankings + conversions
Title tag + meta description ≤60 / ≤155 characters All Click-through rate
FAQ block 5–15 questions Informational (PAA) People Also Ask + AI answers

Word counts are typical ranges, not targets. Match the depth of what already ranks for each query.

Where SEO copywriters work

In the UK you will find SEO copywriters in-house at e-commerce brands and B2B firms, inside SEO and content agencies, and — very commonly — as freelancers. Many businesses now use a hybrid: a strategist in-house and an outsourced writing team, onshore or offshore, for volume.

SEO copywriter vs copywriter vs content writer vs SEO specialist

These job titles are often used loosely. This is how the roles typically differ in UK job adverts and agency teams:

How the SEO copywriter role compares with related roles
Role Main goal Starts with Typical output Measured by
SEO copywriter Rank and convert Keyword + intent research Service pages, landing pages, articles, meta data Rankings, organic leads, sales
Copywriter Persuade and sell Product + audience Ads, emails, brochures, packaging, web copy Response and conversion rate
Content writer Inform and engage Topic Blogs, guides, newsletters Traffic, engagement, shares
SEO specialist Improve search visibility Site audit + data Technical fixes, strategy, links, briefs Visibility, indexation, traffic
UX writer Help users complete tasks User journey Buttons, forms, error messages, onboarding Task completion, usability

Is “SEO writing” the same as “SEO copywriting”?

Many guides treat them as the same thing. In practice, UK agencies tend to use SEO writing or SEO content writing for informational articles, and SEO copywriting when the page also has to sell. If you are hiring, ask the writer which page types they specialise in — the skills for a 2,500-word guide and a 600-word conversion page are different.

How does SEO copywriting work? A 7-step process

This is the workflow our team follows for every UK page. It is also a useful checklist when you assess any writer or agency.

1. Define the page’s job

Agree one primary keyword, the audience, the conversion goal (call, form, purchase) and how the page fits your site structure, so two pages never compete for the same query.

2. Research the search results

Review the current top 10 in Google UK, the People Also Ask box, the AI Overview and related searches. Note what format wins, what is missing and what is out of date.

3. Build the keyword and entity map

Group secondary keywords, questions, synonyms and named entities (products, places, regulations, tools) that a complete answer should naturally mention.

4. Write the brief and outline

Set the H1–H6 structure, the answer-first introduction, proof points, internal links and calls to action before a word of body copy is written.

5. Draft for people first

Write in plain British English, answer the question in the first 60–80 words, use short paragraphs, tables for comparisons and specifics from real experience.

6. Optimise and edit

Write the title tag and meta description, check headings, add internal links and alt text, suggest schema, cut padding and fact-check every number.

7. Publish, measure and refresh

Track impressions, clicks, position and conversions in Google Search Console and GA4, then refresh the page when it slips or the topic changes.

What goes into a good SEO copywriting brief?

A brief is where most quality problems start — or are prevented. Ours runs to a single page.

Brief fields we use
  • Primary keyword, target country/locale (en-GB) and URL
  • Search intent and the format that currently ranks
  • Reader: who they are, what they already know, what worries them
  • Secondary keywords, PAA questions and entities to cover
  • H1–H6 outline and target length range
  • Proof to include: reviews, case studies, credentials, data
  • Internal links (in and out) and the call to action
  • Tone of voice, compliance notes (FCA, ASA/CAP Code, medical claims) and words to avoid

What skills does an SEO copywriter need?

Writing skills

  • Clear, concise British or American English — and the discipline to switch between them
  • Persuasive structure: problem, benefit, proof, call to action
  • Editing ruthlessly for readability (short sentences, active voice, scannable layouts)
  • Interviewing subject experts and turning their knowledge into plain language

SEO skills

  • Keyword research and search-intent analysis
  • On-page SEO: headings, title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, alt text
  • Understanding of Google Search Essentials, helpful content and E-E-A-T
  • Basic schema awareness (FAQPage, Article, Product, LocalBusiness)
  • Reading Google Search Console data to find refresh opportunities

Commercial and research skills

  • Understanding the client’s business model, margins and sales process
  • Fact-checking and citing reliable sources
  • Knowing UK advertising and sector rules (ASA/CAP Code, FCA financial promotions, medical claims)
  • Project management: deadlines, revisions and version control

Tools SEO copywriters use

A typical SEO copywriting tool stack
Job Common tools
Keyword research Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner
Performance data Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio
SERP and content analysis Google search (incognito, UK location), Surfer, Clearscope, MarketMuse
Editing and readability Hemingway Editor, Grammarly (set to British English), Microsoft Editor
AI assistance (drafting/research) ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — always human-edited and fact-checked
CMS and on-page WordPress with Rank Math or Yoast, Shopify, Webflow
Collaboration Google Docs, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Loom

SEO copywriting for AI Overviews, ChatGPT and AI Mode

Search no longer ends at ten blue links. In the UK, many informational queries now show a Google AI Overview first, and more buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for recommendations. That changes how an SEO copywriter writes. The disciplines are often labelled GEO (generative engine optimisation), AEO (answer engine optimisation) and LLMO (large language model optimisation) — but the underlying craft is the same: make your page the clearest, most trustworthy answer.

How AI search changes the way copy is written

Classic SEO copy vs copy written for AI answers as well
Element Classic SEO copy Copy that also works in AI answers
Introduction Long scene-setting intro Direct 40–80-word answer first, then detail
Headings Keyword-led labels Question-form headings that mirror real queries
Facts General claims Specific numbers, dates and named sources
Comparisons Paragraphs Tables with clear row and column labels
Authorship Optional Named author with relevant experience and a bio
Entity naming Inconsistent Same brand, product and place names every time
Structured data Rarely considered FAQPage, Article, Organization and Service schema that matches the visible page

The answer-first pattern

Open each key section with one or two sentences that fully answer the heading’s question, then expand with evidence, examples and caveats. This helps featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes and AI tools extract a correct summary — and it respects the reader’s time.

Will AI replace SEO copywriters?

Not the good ones. AI tools are excellent at speed: outlines, first drafts, summarising research and generating variations of a title tag. They are weak at the things that now separate ranking pages from the rest — first-hand experience, original data, accurate UK-specific detail, a distinctive brand voice and judgement about what a buyer actually needs to hear. Most professional SEO copywriters in 2026 use AI as an assistant and spend more of their time on research, interviews, editing and fact-checking.

What Google says about AI-written content

Google’s guidance focuses on the quality of content, not how it was produced: appropriate use of AI is not against its guidelines, but content generated mainly to manipulate rankings — including mass-produced, low-value pages — falls under its scaled content abuse spam policy. The safe approach: AI-assisted, human-led, fact-checked and genuinely useful.

E-E-A-T and helpful content: what great SEO copywriters do differently

E-E-A-T stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness — the qualities Google’s quality raters are asked to look for. It is not a single ranking factor, but copy that demonstrates it tends to perform better in both classic and AI search.

A people-first copy checklist

  • Would a customer who landed here from Google feel they got a complete answer?
  • Does the page show first-hand experience — photos, process detail, real numbers, named people?
  • Is the author or reviewer identified, with relevant credentials?
  • Are facts sourced and dated, and is the page updated when they change?
  • Is the main purpose to help the reader, rather than to attract search traffic for its own sake?
  • Would you be comfortable showing this page to a competitor or a regulator?

Before and after: what an SEO copywriter changes on a page

An illustrative example for a fictional Leeds plumbing firm targeting “emergency plumber Leeds”.

Before

Title tag: Home | Smith Plumbing

H1: Welcome to Our Website

Intro: “Smith Plumbing has been established for many years and we pride ourselves on quality service and customer satisfaction…”

Proof: none above the fold · CTA: “Contact us” in the footer

After

Title tag: Emergency Plumber Leeds | 60-Minute Call-Out | Smith & Co

H1: 24/7 Emergency Plumber in Leeds

Intro: “Burst pipe or no hot water? Our Gas Safe-registered plumbers reach most LS postcodes within 60 minutes, day or night. Fixed call-out fee, no hidden charges.”

Proof: review rating, Gas Safe number, areas covered · CTA: tap-to-call button + FAQ on prices

Illustrative example only. The changes: keyword and location in the title and H1, the searcher’s problem answered in the first sentence, trust signals moved up, and a clear call to action.

Why UK businesses hire SEO copywriters

Compounding traffic

A well-written page can bring enquiries for years, unlike paid ads that stop when the budget does.

Lower cost per lead

Organic visitors cost nothing per click once a page ranks — valuable when UK Google Ads CPCs keep rising.

Visibility in AI answers

Clear, sourced, well-structured copy is easier for AI Overviews and assistants to cite.

Higher conversion rates

Copy that answers objections and shows proof converts the traffic you already have.

Consistent brand voice

One writer or team keeps tone, terminology and claims consistent across hundreds of pages.

Time back for your team

Experts review and approve rather than write from scratch.

How to become an SEO copywriter in the UK

  1. Learn persuasive writing basics — headlines, benefits, structure, calls to action.
  2. Learn SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO and Google Search Console.
  3. Write three to five sample pages for a real site (your own, a charity, a local business) and track their performance.
  4. Build a portfolio that shows the brief, the page and the result — not just the writing.
  5. Choose a niche (for example SaaS, legal, finance, e-commerce or healthcare) to command higher rates.
  6. Apply to agencies for structured training, or start freelancing through referrals, LinkedIn and ProCopywriters.

Do SEO copywriting courses and certificates help?

They help you learn faster, and some UK employers like to see them, but they rarely replace a portfolio. Free and paid options from Google, HubSpot, Semrush Academy and Yoast cover the basics; sector-specific experience is what pushes rates up.

How much does an SEO copywriter cost?

In the UK, expect roughly £150–£600 for a 1,200–1,500-word SEO article from a freelancer and £250–£800 from an agency, or a day rate of £300–£600 for most freelancers (median £440). Service and landing pages often cost £150–£500 each. Offshore specialists charge less: Digital Masters 360 starts at £95 per article and £120 per service page, including research, meta data and a revision.

SEO copywriting pricing models

How SEO copywriters charge
Model Typical UK range Best for Watch out for
Per word £0.10–£0.40+ Articles with a clear length Encourages padding — agree a range, not a minimum
Per page / article £150–£800 Predictable budgets Check what’s included: research, meta, revisions, uploading
Day rate £300–£600 (median £440) Workshops, audits, complex B2B copy Agree output per day up front
Monthly retainer £500–£3,000+ Ongoing content programmes Minimum terms and notice periods
Project fee £1,000–£10,000+ Full website copy Scope creep — fix the page list

Indicative ranges compiled from UK freelancer and agency rate cards and the ProCopywriters 2026 day-rate survey.

Cost per 1,500-word SEO article: UK vs international vs offshore

Indicative cost of one 1,200–1,500-word SEO article (research, writing, meta data, one revision)
Provider GBP USD EUR AUD
UK freelance SEO copywriter £150–£600 $200–$800 €175–€690 A$300–A$1,200
UK SEO / content agency £250–£800 $330–$1,065 €290–€920 A$500–A$1,600

Content mill / marketplace £25–£80 $35–$105 €30–€90 A$50–A$160
Digital Masters 360 (Hyderabad) £95 $125 €110 A$190

Market ranges are indicative. Currency conversions at £1 = $1.33 / €1.15 / A$2.00 (October 2026), rounded.

Why offshore SEO copywriting costs less

The difference is mostly cost of living and overheads in Hyderabad, not shortcuts in process. You should still expect keyword research, a written brief, British spelling, fact-checking, an editor’s review and a revision round — if any of those are missing, the low price is not a saving.

Freelancer, in-house, UK agency or offshore: which SEO copywriter is right for you?

Choosing an SEO copywriting model
Option Cost Speed / volume Best for Main risk
In-house SEO copywriter £26k–£40k salary + employer NI, pension, tools Steady, limited by one person High-volume brands with constant output Holidays, sickness, single point of failure
UK freelancer £300–£600/day 1–3 pieces/week per writer Niche expertise, brand-sensitive copy Availability and capacity
UK agency £250–£800/article Scalable Integrated SEO + content programmes Highest cost; junior writers on senior rates
Offshore agency (e.g. India) From £95/article Highly scalable Volume content, refreshes, white label Quality varies widely — vet British English and process
AI-only content Tool subscription Instant Internal drafts only Inaccuracy, generic copy, scaled content abuse

Which fits your situation?

  • UK startup or small business: a freelancer or offshore agency for core service pages, then a small monthly article plan.
  • Growing e-commerce brand: an offshore team for product and category copy at volume, with a UK or in-house editor for brand voice.
  • Regulated sector (finance, legal, health): a specialist writer with sector experience plus compliance sign-off — wherever they are based.
  • UK marketing agency: a white-label partner to add capacity without hiring.

How to hire an SEO copywriter (without getting burned)

10 questions to ask before you hire

  1. Can you show pages you wrote that rank today, with the queries they rank for?
  2. What does your research process look like before you write?
  3. Who writes, and who edits? Will the same writer stay on my account?
  4. How do you use AI tools, and how do you fact-check?
  5. Do you write in British English by default, and do you follow a style guide?
  6. What’s included: keyword research, meta data, internal links, images, uploading?
  7. How many revisions are included, and how quickly?
  8. Who owns the copyright once I’ve paid?
  9. How will you report results, and what will you measure?
  10. What happens to my data and drafts if we stop working together?

Red flags

  • Guaranteed number-one rankings or “page one in 30 days”
  • Prices per word so low they cannot include research or editing
  • No samples that rank, or samples they won’t let you check
  • Keyword-stuffed headings and unnatural repetition
  • Unedited AI output delivered in bulk
  • No contract, no copyright clause, no named point of contact

Green flags

  • A clear written brief for every piece
  • Questions about your customers, margins and sales process
  • Named writers and editors with visible experience
  • Transparent pricing and a small paid trial
  • Reporting tied to Search Console data and conversions

Start with a paid test

Commission one service page and one article at full price before committing to a retainer. Judge the brief, the questions asked, accuracy, British English and how revisions are handled — not just the final draft.

We are a Hyderabad-based team writing for clients in the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia and Europe — entirely online. These are the questions UK buyers ask us before they sign, answered plainly.

UK comparison figures are indicative mid-points. Typical saving: 70–80% versus a UK agency for equivalent volume.

  • Monthly report by the 5th business day: content delivered, rankings, clicks and next month’s plan

Data privacy and compliance: UK GDPR, GDPR, CCPA and the Australian Privacy Act

Most SEO copywriting needs no personal data at all. When it does — reviews, case-study details, CRM or analytics access — we work as your processor under a written agreement.

Safeguards we offer

  • UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018: data processing agreement; the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum where a restricted transfer occurs
  • EU GDPR: Standard Contractual Clauses for EU and EEA clients
  • CCPA/CPRA (California): service-provider terms restricting use of personal information
  • Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APP 8) and NZ Privacy Act 2020: contractual commitments for cross-border disclosure
  • India’s DPDP Act 2023: applies to our own handling of data in India
  • Read-only, least-privilege access; two-factor authentication; access removed and files deleted on request at the end of the contract
What data does SEO copywriting usually need?

Usually just your brand guidelines, product or service information, and Search Console read access (aggregated, non-personal query data). Customer names or emails are only needed for testimonials — and only with that customer’s permission.

Documents to ask any offshore provider for
  • Mutual NDA
  • Data processing agreement + IDTA/Addendum or SCCs
  • Information security summary
  • Copyright assignment clause
  • Exit and data-deletion terms

Contracts, NDAs, copyright, payments and onboarding

Contracts and copyright

Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA and a services agreement. Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the writer owns copyright unless it is assigned in writing — so our contract assigns full copyright to you on payment of each invoice. Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days’ notice and no exit fees.

Payments and VAT

We invoice in GBP, USD, EUR or AUD and accept bank transfer via Wise, debit/credit card and PayPal. Monthly plans are billed in advance; single pieces on delivery. For UK VAT-registered businesses buying from an overseas supplier, the reverse charge generally applies — confirm the treatment with your accountant.

Onboarding in 14 days

  1. Day 1–2: kick-off call, NDA and agreement signed, brief questionnaire
  2. Day 3–5: Search Console review, keyword and content-gap research, style sheet agreed
  3. Day 6–10: content plan approved; first two pieces written and edited
  4. Day 11–14: your feedback applied; publishing schedule and reporting set up

White-label SEO copywriting for UK, US and Australian agencies

Agencies use us as an extra writing team: we write to your brief and style guide, deliver unbranded documents, and never contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Example white-label margins on a 1,500-word SEO article
Your retail price to client Our white-label price Your gross margin
£300 £75 £225 (75%)
£400 £75 £325 (81%)
£500 £75 £425 (85%)

Volume pricing; minimum 8 pieces per month. Agency still owns client relationship, strategy and final sign-off.

What’s included for agency partners

  • NDA before any client details are shared
  • Your templates, style guide and brief format
  • Unbranded Google Docs or direct CMS upload
  • Dedicated account manager on UK hours
  • Copyright assigned to your agency (or your client) on payment

Frequently asked questions about SEO copywriters

What is an SEO copywriter in simple terms?

An SEO copywriter is a writer who creates website copy that ranks in search engines and persuades people to act. They research what your customers type into Google (and now ask AI assistants), then write pages, articles and product descriptions that answer those questions clearly, use the right keywords naturally and lead the reader to enquire, book or buy.

What does an SEO copywriter do day to day?

A typical day includes keyword and search-intent research, reviewing what already ranks, writing or rewriting service pages and blog articles, drafting title tags and meta descriptions, adding internal links and FAQs, and checking Google Search Console to see which pages need refreshing. Good SEO copywriters also interview subject experts so the copy contains real first-hand detail.

Is SEO copywriting the same as content writing?

They overlap but are not identical. Content writing usually means informative articles that build traffic and trust. SEO copywriting adds a commercial goal: the words must rank and convert, so it covers service pages, landing pages, category and product pages as well as blogs. Many people use the terms interchangeably; the clearest test is whether the page is judged on conversions as well as rankings.

What is the difference between a copywriter and an SEO copywriter?

A traditional copywriter writes persuasive copy for any channel — adverts, emails, brochures, packaging — and is judged on response. An SEO copywriter writes for search: they start with keyword and intent research, structure pages so search engines and AI answers can understand them, and are judged on rankings, organic traffic and conversions.

How much does an SEO copywriter cost in the UK?

UK freelance copywriters charge a median day rate of about £440 (ProCopywriters 2026 survey), with most between £300 and £1,800 a day. For a 1,200–1,500-word SEO article that usually works out at roughly £150–£600 from a UK freelancer and £250–£800 from a UK agency. Offshore specialists such as Digital Masters 360 charge from £95 per article, including keyword research, meta data and one revision.

How much do SEO copywriters earn in the UK?

Advertised permanent SEO copywriter roles in the UK had a median salary of about £26,000 in the six months to October 2026 (IT Jobs Watch). Senior SEO copywriters and content leads typically earn more, and experienced freelancers often out-earn salaried roles because day rates commonly run from £300 to £600 or higher.

How do I become an SEO copywriter?

Learn the two halves of the job: persuasive writing and search fundamentals (keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO and Google Search Console). Build a portfolio of three to five optimised pages — for your own site, a charity or a local business — and show the before-and-after rankings or traffic. Short courses help, but a portfolio with results matters more to UK employers and clients than a certificate.

Do you need qualifications to be an SEO copywriter?

No formal qualification is required in the UK. Many SEO copywriters have degrees in English, journalism or marketing, but employers mainly look for writing samples, evidence of rankings or traffic you have influenced, and familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4 and a keyword research platform.

Will AI replace SEO copywriters?

AI is changing the job rather than removing it. Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can speed up research and first drafts, but Google rewards helpful, people-first content that shows real experience, and AI search tools tend to cite pages with clear answers, original data and named expertise. The SEO copywriter's value is shifting towards research, first-hand detail, editing, fact-checking and conversion.

Does Google penalise AI-written content?

Google has said that using AI or automation is not against its guidelines in itself; what it acts against is content produced mainly to manipulate rankings, including mass-produced pages that add little value (its scaled content abuse policy). AI-assisted copy that is accurate, edited by a human and genuinely helpful can rank; unedited bulk AI pages are a risk.

How long does SEO copywriting take to work?

New pages commonly take three to six months to settle into stable rankings, depending on your site's authority and competition. Rewriting or refreshing an existing page that already has some visibility can show movement in a few weeks. Anyone promising guaranteed first-page rankings in a fixed time should be treated with caution.

How many words should an SEO page be?

There is no ideal word count. Match the length of what already ranks for the query and the depth the reader needs: many UK service pages perform well at 500–900 words, while informational guides that compete with in-depth resources often need 1,500–3,000 words. Cutting padding usually helps more than adding words.

What should I give an SEO copywriter before they start?

Share your target customers and locations, the services or products to prioritise, your tone of voice or brand guidelines, competitors you admire, any compliance rules (for example FCA, ASA or medical claims), access to Google Search Console or a performance export, and someone who can answer technical questions. A clear brief usually saves a full round of revisions.

Who owns the copyright in copy I commission?

Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, a freelancer or agency is normally the first owner of the copyright in what they write, even if you paid for it, unless it is assigned to you in writing. Always include a copyright assignment clause in your contract. Digital Masters 360 assigns full copyright to the client on payment of each invoice.

Can an Indian SEO copywriter write in British English?

Yes, if they work to a UK style guide. Ask for British spelling (optimise, colour, organisation), UK date and currency formats, UK-specific terms (VAT, postcode, solicitor, high street) and samples written for UK audiences. At Digital Masters 360 every UK piece is checked against a British English style sheet and a UK-market fact check before delivery.

Is it safe to share data with an offshore copywriter under UK GDPR?

It can be, with the right safeguards. Most copywriting needs little or no personal data, but if you share customer reviews, CRM exports or analytics, put a data processing agreement in place, use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum where a restricted transfer occurs, grant least-privilege access and agree deletion at the end of the contract. Have your contract reviewed by your own adviser.

Do you offer white-label SEO copywriting for UK agencies?

Yes. UK, US and Australian agencies can resell our SEO copywriting under their own brand from £75 per article, with unbranded documents, your style guide, NDAs and no direct contact with your clients unless you request it.
